CSI # 36 / Once upon a sketch - 30

This photo was taken last weekend at Rydges in Yeppoon we had a dinner for Tracy, but she did not know I was coming. What a surprise she had she nearly screamed the place down. We had a lovely meal and some yummy cake, a few to many drinks and a lot of fun. Had kangaroos feeding just outside the resturant door, and Tracy even had a guy try and chat her up, that was so funny. This colour sketch come from  http://csicolorstoriesinspiration.ning.com  and the sketch is from http://onceuponasketchblog.blogspot.com.au/ this month they have combined  there challenges, what a great idea.

The scheme was as follows: a deep orange, an orange-y brown, light cream, grayish yellow and a buttery yellow.
Evidence:  mesh, misting and included a curved shape to my design
Testimony: I wrote my journalling in the form of a letter.

Product I used:
My background I used bobunny double dot decaf vintage. I used a mesh mask and reeves modeling paste mixed it with mm manila paint. Then sprayed it with lemon zest then dabbed to take of excess paint. A quick swipe with some viva black inka gold.
Bobunny double dot burnt orange vintage for circle and mat for photo
Bobunny country garden letters patterned paper.
Green tara ribbon and flowers. Stuff 2 scrap heart border coloured with Ranger malted milk paint dauber and lemon zest glimmermist. Manor house, petaloo and kaiser craft resin flowers. Jelly bean soup alphas coloured with malted milk and then swipe of orange paint lightly over top.

This is the colour palette and sketch:
