I thought I would try a sketch from http://www.bluefernstudios.blogspot.com.au as you all know I am plowing myself through all these lovely photos I have from my sons wedding. Here is the sketch: Products I have used are: Prima Something Blue Collection paper, chipboard pieces,  6 x4 Atc pad and tags. Bloom collection flowers and leaves. Prima mask and background stamp. Gesso and texture paste. Lindy's embossing powder-geranium coral blush, scotch bloom yellow. Fabe Castelle butter cream and pink not sure what the name is they are both a gelato. And last but not least a Blur fern romantic page dangle which has been embossed.

Here is my page And the sketch Products I have used  Arts Timeless-Today,tomorrow,always Prima flowers, embelleshments, mask and stamp Fab Cast whipped spackle mixed with metalic mint gelato Lindys wake me up before you go gold, tots tornado black, time travel teal.

Yes July already how the year has sped along, to fast for my liking. I thought I would show you all  bit of mixed media on your cards. This week we will be doing four 4x8 inch tags with heaps of texture, yes and we are getting our fingers very dirty too. You can come along and join me at  scrapbook fantasies  from 10 am on this Tuesday for some down and dirty fun.... And yes we are using some of Julie Nutlings doll stamps. What to bring your normal tools (tapes, cutter etc) If you have these products it would make things move along a bit quicker: spray bottle of water, gelatos-Champagne,metalic mint and Licorice. Wear old clothes as we will be getting a bit dirty. See you all there....

As I have not scrapbooked for nearly 3 months now. Don't ask me why I just couldn't do it. So I decided to pull my finger out and start to create. I think doing Limor Webbers classes last weekend might have given me a kick start. So I decided to give  flying unicorn  mojo mondays sketch a go and this is what I have come up with. And here is the sketch Product I have used 13 arts Timeless long time ago, whipped spackle mixed with champaine gelato, this is very yummy you must all try this one. metalic mint gelato, lindy's wake me up before you go gold, kaiser sparklets, stickers bling, prima flowers and stamps, darcie white picket fence a piece of muslin and gesso. And of course my lovely son Michael and his new bride Phebe you will see heaps of photos as I have a usb stick full of them....

Hi everyone another class is upon us and we again are making another 2 cards this week out of a $5.00 kit from  Scrapbook Fantasies  class starts at 10am.  We will be using Kaisercraft Storyteller collection, so here we go.... Card no 1  Card No 2 Sorry for this being up so late but blogger has been giving me heaps this week, so hopefully it is fixed and I can upload my projects. What you will all need to bring along if you have these colours it would be a great help in time etc. Ok you will need Distress inks pads Tim Holtz - walnut stain, dried marigold, old paper, broken china and spiced marmalade and a heat mat 

Back in the full swing of things now, holidays finished for another year and back to the grind stone.... This card I will be teaching on Tuesday 10th June at  Scrapbook Fantasies  we start about 10am. Come and join all the girls for some fun and just a bit of laughter. I make cards each week using a $5.00 kit and not add anything else except by using dies, inks etc. I have only made one this week but there is a surprise element with this one.

Hi everyone I have been away for the last month and before that my life just got in the way. No time for Scrapping, art there was not a lot happening. Ok back to my post as a design member of Scrapbook Fantasies  every month we are given  a $5.00 kit to do something with, one a page and the other a card and I usually make a page with the scraps, just gives the mind a bit of a workout. You can only use what is in the kit except for inks, sprays etc. I am putting up the last three months March, April and May.
