Blog Hop Challenge

Pizza box you say and yes it is a new one. 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches square and decorated using a Kaisercraft book. Handmade flowers using Tatered flowers die and some glitter paper. So so easy to do just stick all together. I have decorated the inside as well.   The hardest part was deciding what to put where. This is a great present just on its own.

Firstly I purchased a 6 1/2 x 6 1/2 KAiser craft paper pad as I said deciding on what to use is the hardest but for this one it was for Christmas so it was easy. I bought a new pizza box from my local Scrapbooking Shop and inked all the edges with a brown pine cone ink. The paper pad fits exactly onto the pizza box no trimming. The sides where cut to 1 1/4 inches so you get the four sides out of a piece of paper. So all you have to do is ink the edges. I used double sized tape to stick the paper onto the out side and also the inner. But make sure you put the tape on as close to the edges as you can. Cover the outside before then put the box together then cover the inside. I used the collectables that went with the paper collection. I cut some flowers out of some of the scraps using the TIm HOltz tattered flowers die and a Martha STewart leaf punch. This is so easy to do and makes a great gift for anybody. You could personalise it put cards inside to add a bit more for a great gift.

Now just a few questions that I have to answer....

What are you working on now?
Hmmm I have a few things on the go I am making a wedding card for a friend to give to her daughter on her wedding day. So it has to be something special. And what I am also working on is cleaning my craft room. I mean giving it a good clean so everything is coming out and if I haven't used it it goes. But hahaha how much is being thrown out you guessed it nothing. I mean you might need it one day heh.....

Why do I create what I do?
I usually create with a theme in mind or a challenge. I don't really know what I am going to do at the start I just go with the flow and see what arrises hehe and yes I have had a few disasters at times but I don't throw them out nine times out of ten I reuse the oppsies for something else.

How does your work differ from others in your genre?
I think everyone has there own style or how they work. I love texture in my work if I am doing mixed media. But for cards hmm this is a hard one to answer I am not sure but all I know is I love to use flowers and more flowers.

How does your creative process work?
My process well I just start with card if I am making cards and I just dive into my stash to see what can go sometimes I use it all and other times I just use a few things. I f I am creating a page I usually start with the photo and go from there.

Hope you join us in this blog hop and have a looky see at the other girls work.
