Once Upon A Sketch

I haven't done a sketch from  Once Upon A Sketch  for a while so here goes. You had to interpret the sketch/theme "The men in our lives"  in anyway and as long as you use journaling on your page it could be hidden but mine is not. And here is the sketch And my journaling reads My husband Laurie and my son Michael are the most two important men in my life. They mean so much to me. For anyone who knows them both, I would certainly be lost without them. Both keep me on my toes. Love you both so much. Product I have used: Prima Cartographer paper collection, chipboard, flowers, trim some dusty attic chicken wire chipboard. Ayeeda pastel black, pearl olive green and pearl brown sprays.

Kaisercraft week 3 Challenge

Once again I am on a roll with these challenges so proud of myself. My mojo is running a muck this last couple of weeks. Another  Kaisercraft  challenge for you all. So for this week we had a  colour challenge, you could do a card or page I suppose anything you like. And here is the colours we had to work with My card is not the exact colours but it is hard when you print it out. So I have just got as close as I could. Product I have used: Kaisercraft Kaliedscope paper range-impasto and mosaic Stickers from the sticker sheet, flowers, white cardstock and ribbon from my stash.

Kaisercraft week 2 Challenge

Glad the sketches and challenges are back at  kaisercraft  and they are now including cards, colour and theme challenges. I have used the Be-you-tiful collection for this card. I have made a 6x6 inch easel card, as I find that I can create more on a bigger card. And this is the theme challenge for week 2:  Something that sparkles An element that's multi deminsional and something floral Products I have used: Kaisercraft be-you-tiful collection-61/2 x 61/2 paper pad white cardstock, island lagoon flourish, string, collectalbles and flowers. And also to give my card a bit pd sparkle and bling some Glitzin glamour crystalina.

Sketchabilities August sketch

Here is another for you using again more of my scraps of prima hello pastel collection. This sketch is from  Sketchabilities  and yes I am still using all those lovely wedding photos. I don't think I will ever run out.... And here is the sketch: Product I have used: Prima hello pastel collection, prima flowers, white cardstock. Faber Castle Spackle mixed with some metalic mint gelato. This is yummy you should all try it. A prima mask and prima teal demask ink pad.

Cardabilities August Sketch

I had a lot of fun creating this card using this sketch from  Cardabilities  using left over prima paper for this project, I have made a 6x6 inch easel card. And here is the sketch: Products I have used: White cardstock, left over prima paper and resist canvas. Prima flowers, swirls and a butterly. I also used some Lindy's merci beaucoup spray mist.

Blue Fern Studio August Sketch

Hi and welcome to my little blog. Over the weekend I have been scrapping to my hearts content. Once again I have had a go at the  Blue Fern Studio  sketch challenge for August. And here is the sketch Had a little fun creating this page I certainly got my fingers gluey and full on gesso. Products I have used: Scraps of prima paper collection, prima flowers, trim, canvas resist flowers and a wooden button.  Blue fern studio wedding words, romantic page dangles and butterflies. Gesso and texture paste, a prima mask. Lindy's embossing powder-cosmic blue violet and silver moon mistletoe and flat fabio merci beaucoup mint spray mist and kaisercraft pearls.

July's Scrap 365

Hi everyone yes again I finished my page in time but didn't get it photographed to put it online at  Scrap 365  This photo was taken at our annual scrapbooking retreat run by  Scrapbook Fantasies  and again it was a complete success. We decided to photo bomb a photo taken of Sharon, poor Sharon but she saw the funny side of it. Here is the sketch Products I have used: Prima paper not sure from what range as they where just scraps sitting on my desk. White cardstock, texture paste, I mixed some mint gelato into a small bottle of water to make my own spray. And also used an assortment of prima flowers. and as a added bit of texture glued on some Stewart Gill gilding chips, these are nice to use gives your page a bit of bling.

Kaisercraft August Collections

I grabed some of the new  Kaisercraft collections when they arrived at  Scrapbook Fantasies  a couple of weeks ago and got my creative juices going and here is what I have come up with. The first collection is from Mistletoe paper range. I have made an album with pull out tags and places for those special Christmas photos. And now with the left overs I made a card The next range is the Outdoor Trail Collection A card made with the leftovers And my page Now the Mix and Match collection I think this is my favourite really enjoyed using this. My card again using the leftovers. Now for my page

Lindy's Stamp Gang colour Challenge

Today I have gotten my fingers and hands very dirty. I bought this clock buy Finnabair and have been wanting to do something with it, so I decided to use it for this challenge from http://blog.lindystampgang.com/ This is the colour challenge Products I have used: The lovely altered metal frame clock from Finnabair Sprays from Lindy's - Hibiscus Rose, Tilt a wheel teal and afternoon delight. Lindy's embossing powder - spring leaf chartuise  Along with spackle mixed with some sweet violet purple colour shot.  Assorted prima flowers and resins Glitzin glamour violet glitter glue.

Prima BAP - Love

Thought I would do another sketch from  Prima  I have used all prima paper, this is a good way to use your scraps, riping and tearing strips. And look girls no flowers, not a one.... The sketch Products I have used: Scraps of Prima papers, white cardstock, texture paste and mixed it with Midnight magicals.  A Mask and Lindy's-Wake me up before you go gold and Tilt a wheel teal.
