Decorated Gift Bag

Image
Yesterday I decorated a gift bag to go with the card and tag I made a few weeks ago for my mum for Mothers Day. And yes I know that it is early but I have to be organised. I have used some of my Kaisercraft stash for both the projects, same range actually This is the front of the bag  I have used a punch to punch out the flowers and leaves This is the back I only had a little of the paper left so I had to make do. On the right side is cardstock and the left is paper with a lovely decorated heart punch used along the edge I also used some liquid pearls around the edges  This is the box for the card it measures 4x6 inches  The inside along with the card and the tag to go on the bag all I have to do now is finish it off with a lovely quote  The box, card and tag

Under the Sea chunky book swap

Image
Another great challenge from  Aussie Crafters  wow what fun we have all had making our 10x15 cm pages. I have used some chipboard, gesso, tissue paper, texture paste, shimmerz sprays, a lovely mask for the bubble pattern, sea shells, pearl spray cut into strips some gauze coloured with the same spray I used for the background. Also used stamps from Grapgic 45 cut these out and glued them to the card. I have to make 7-10 of these and post them to our host and she will then put them in rings and post them back to us, we will have to pay postage of course but I can not wait to see what everyone else comes up with. But this is mine for the swap....  So girls and boys come along and give this a go I promise you, you will have fun.

Gender Card

Image
This challenge is from another facebook group  Cardmaking Australia and New Zealand  and the theme was to make a gender card using either a boy, girl, and animal, a ship maybe, something you would say she or he to etc. So here I have made a 6x6 card using my stash box. A lovely butterfly ohh isn't she lovely.....

CSI # 156

Hello today I have created a page using the case file from  CSI  You are given a colour scheme, evidence and testimony and you have to use all or only a few in some. Sometimes it is hard to get the exact colours for this challenge but I have used colours as close as I could. The colours I have used are bright coral, yellow green, warm grey, white and tan. The evidence you had ten things to choose from and I used six of these but you had to use at least 2 of the clues and I used leaves, flowers, stamps, mixed media background, liquid pearls and triangles. And for the testimony there was five things to choose from and you had to use at least one clue so I used the wording 'A little bit" to start off my title and Csi are very into using journaling on your page.  So here is my page for you all today.... The products I have used for my page are as follows Prima lifetime collection-Familia assorted prima flowers, resins, a lace doily and a script stamp liquid
